Alpheon experience with a range of customers contemplating these matters enables us to offer services and advice to customers contemplating the investment and the optimum financing structure.
Project Savings
Included in Alpheon professional services is a commitment, that after fees, a 10 - 20% project cost saving will be achieved. Also, in the event that Alpheon are contracted to administer the project after completion, Alpheon will waive their fee if pre-agreed financial performance targets are not met.

- Utility Negotiation: Alpheon secure optimum terms with the utility for any on-site generated off-take agreements, supervise and negotiate grid connection, optimise utility relationships across single or multiple premises after implementation of efficiency and local generation measures
- Administration and Operation: Alpheon offer a full multi-site, multi-technology service package ensuring accurate registration of projects with relevant authorities, timely collection of energy fees from end-users and central subsidy or fee-in-tariffs from administrators, accurate monitoring of system productivity against agreed financial performance benchmarks combined with timely corrective action as required, regular performance due diligence tests on equipment combined with management and negotiation of manufacturer warranties and service agreements
- Management Software: Alpheon proprietary “Monitor Programme” (AMP) enables customer to monitor energy savings, energy generation and associated carbon and financial statistics renotoely on their desktop. This software processes information from all efficiency and energy generation technologies ensuring total control of any project at all times. Without a suitable monitor programme, the benefits of multiple technologies become hard to manage in a cost effective manner.
The building blocks can be procured from Alpheon one at the time, thus enabling customers to reduce their footprint while keeping elements in-house or to make gradual progress without committing to the full expense at once.
- Step by step: Alpheon will implement each step according to our quality standards and the customer can therefore always decide to switch to full outsource option (including the investment) at a later stage.
- Full refund: When a customer switches to the ‘full-outsource option’, costs that are charged for professional services will be refunded.
- Future proof planning: An additional service that was recently launched is the ‘multi-generation and efficiency portfolio strategy’, yielding a roadmap for implementation of sustainable energy generators and efficiency measures over time.
