Arnhem

Background
The City of Arnhem has a lot of unused residual heat but wants to use it in a technically feasible yet financially responsible way.
Problem
The customer had a) limited understanding of the technology options available and b) no capability to conduct complex associated financial analyses.
Process
Financial and Technical Feasibility studies for possible routes for heat network pipes; determining heat consumption profile of buildings near route; and costs for connection; and advising on the most feasible route based on technical and financial analysis. This was combined with associated consortium, shareholder and project management to measure progress and report to the board.
Result
All delivered on time and on budget.
